At Best WiFi Mall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.


📦 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in its original condition – The product must be unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Tags and accessories intact – All labels, manuals, and included accessories must be returned.
Proof of purchase required – A valid receipt or order confirmation is needed.

To initiate a return, contact us at service@bestwifimall.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:
🚫 Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
🚫 Custom or personalized products (e.g., made-to-order items)
🚫 Personal care & hygiene items (e.g., beauty products)
🚫 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase, as per our general return policy.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

🔹 Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
